Research conducted by the Feinstein Institute For Medical Research located in New York showed that several weeks after quitting smoking show women having reductions in several markers of inflammation, including those linked to heart disease.

There is no miracle cure that works on dark circles under the eyes, but something that can make these circles worse is smoking. If you do not have dark circles, you will notice a fresher look in your eyes in general. The toxins that are found in cigarette smoke can damage the tissue around the eyes that is delicate.
